Description
Interpret is a database designed for tracking interpreting assignments or for medical case management.
The app assists in the process of planning appointments, reminding, and acquires information for invoicing and taxes.
Form consistency, addresses, patient names, doctor names, agencies, addresses are kept in separate table for consistency.
Auto entry based on previously entered data.
Allows for quick and consistent selection of entries.
Work Flow
Check schedule for the week.
Navigate route - mileage included with route.
Punch start of billable time.
Assignment. Notes can be added during any "down" time. i.e. after PA before MD.
Punch next appointment. Punch end of billable time.
Reports for invoicing, billing, end of year accounting for taxes.
Export data
Export CSV - read into other programs for invoicing, billing, end of year accounting for taxes.
